  1. Hello everyone! I am trying to super blitz my life in many areas.

    Just this week I have started my swim blitz. I am training for my first sprint triathlon the Spring. Swimming being my weakest area I feel shy even silly in the big pool with the other wipper snappers doing lap after lap.
    So I did a lesson with a swim coach last friday. I was like.. sorry I have a Mom bathing suit. She was sweet didn't care about my suit and gave me great feedback on my form.
    This week I am planning to swim everyday in addition to other bike and run work outs. I am doing 16 laps every time I get into the pool. Working up to more laps 25 and then work my way up to drills and speed work.
    My biggest challenge is to feel more competent as an newbie and not let my negative nelly mind get in the way of trying my best.

    So my first goals are to get comfortable just being in the pool and being okay thinking of myself as a swimmer - me a swimmer? did I say that? Thanks for letting me share.
